Releasing a dove at a memorial or a funeral is one of the most powerful spiritually enlightening tributes to experience when a loved one is headed to their final resting place. Some of our experiences have left us with a true sense of hope in knowing that one day we shall meet in the heavens above. Where peace will abound for us all.

Your Special Day A pair of mated doves is a beautiful symbol for the blessings of marriage. These are spiritual blessings of innocence (a living trust in the Lord), peace (especially inner peace, free from temptation), inmost friendship (with full trust and confidence) and a heartfelt desire to bring joy to the other in every possible way.  Our faith believes that true marriage love is a gift from God.  Between two hearts that love each other tenderly and walk a spiritual path with God there is created a perfect resting place where His love can descend, dwell and bless us. The dove has long been a symbol for innocence, peace and inmost friendship. (A dove mates for life, and when separated, always flies back to its mate). Doves provided the perfect picture of a vision of true marriage that we pray Anndwyn and Justin will be blessed with. It is a vision that touches the heart with hope.

ONLY TRAINED PROFESSIONALS WILL PERFORM AND HANDLE OUR FEATHERED FRIENDS FOR YOUR SPECIAL EVENT, WE DO NOT ALLOW CLIENTS TO  PICK UP  OUR  DOVES FOR SELF RELEASE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DUE TO THEIR SAFETY AND THEIR SAFE RETURN HOME.

SOME FACTS ABOUT OUR BIRDS

Our birds can fly several hundred miles (given the proper training). They can also fly a mile a minute and in some cases beat you home as you are driving in your car! Their magnificent wings can bring them home to their nest mates, which they bond with for life!

Of course our main concern is the safety of the doves and we do have some guidelines to follow so we can keep them unharmed and protected. Because mother nature can certainly throw us some curve balls on your special day, the weather can sometimes hamper the event.

We do not fly the birds during heavy rain, snow and strong winds and after the sun has gone down. Any time we have a situation with these issues it is our discretion to determine on the morning of the event how to proceed. Should we have to cancel the release due to any of these circumstances, we will have the other options, as we have agreed upon, outlined in your contract.

Because this is your special day, we like to tailor the presentation to the uniqueness of your event. We shall discuss the many presentations available, as well as any ideas that you may have.

Our pure white Rock Doves are the only species of dove that have the homing instinct needed to return home. It is important to note that the use of any other dove would serve as a great injustice as they would only get lost in the wild ... leaving them vulnerable to predators.
We spend a tremendous amount of time caring for our doves to ensure that their health is optimal including a strong regimen of specialty vitamins and conditioning feed that includes ingredients to promote a healthy diet. We make sure they are up-to-date on their inoculations and vaccines, which are needed to protect them from illnesses.  Just like people, our birds can pick up the same respiratory infections as well as other strains of viruses so they need to be protected also.
Our doves are bred on the premises in lofts that require a strict standard of hygiene, to keep them healthy and safe.
Each pair of doves care for their young until they are ready to leave the nest at about 30 days. Once they are able to feed on their own the slow process of training takes place. It isn't until another month and a half before they can start to perform.
